Welcome to the maiden edition of 10 Disappointing Lyrics. Before I proceed, I would like say that these are not bad artists. On the contrary, they are artists we have all come to love and respect. We are therefore disappointed that they would pen down such lines.

So every month, I will make a list of 10 disappointing lines from the Nigerian music scene. The period these lines were made public is irrelevant, so on the same list we could have a line from a song released in 2001 and another in 2011. No one would be spared from this list: No one!
